    Hi,

    I notice that in Navigation Pro; - if i do not select to install one of the "starter packs"; - all my posts and pages use the 'boxed content' template.

    With a starter pack installed I have the option to set the template to "Unboxed Content".

    How to enable Page Attributes for posts and pages and CPT's in Navigation Pro without using the starter pack option?

    Please help.

    Click the little G top right corner. That is where the Genesis settings are located. Or click the three dots top right corner. Attributes is under one of those. I am mobile and cannot check.

    Nope,

    If you do not have the starter pack installed, the Attributes section is not available.
