Hi, can anyone recommend a good email sign up plugin that would send blog posts to their email address every time a new post is made? I'd like to capture the:
    Name
    Company
    Email

Also, when they sign up I could have a message sent to their email that says: "Thanks for signing up to my blog"

Also, it has the ability to show names and companies listed out for those who have signed up in the dashboard?

The Jetpack plugin includes the Subscription feature. It works great. Everytime you publish a blog post - anyone who has subscribed will receive a notification with a snippet of the post and the Read More. I love it.

I didn't read all the way to the bottom. Jetpack offers you a way to receive their email addresses on the back end. You can also customize the message - read here - http://jetpack.me/support/subscriptions/.

This looks good but it doesn't capture the name and company name.

Oh shoot, you know what. When I first installed, there was a first and last name in there. I've spent the past hour now looking for it and it's not there. But this is still the only one that I know of that will send out the post when you publish it. The other ones, like MailChimp, you have to set it up as an RSS to Newsletter type function. I'd be interested in seeing what others have been using that work exactly the way you want it to.
