How can I get my nav menu items to appear on the right side of the header as they are on the Eleven40 page here?: http://my.studiopress.com/themes/eleven40/

On my site (http://livingwithacatheter.com/), the nav items show up underneath the header in a separate bar, leaving the header bar looking rather blank.

    Thanks.

I figured it out! For anyone else who may have the same question - just don't select a nav location. Instead, use the Custom Menu Widget and put it in the Header Right area.

    Cheers!
