Eleven 40 Pro – Full Width Div within "site-inner"

I'm making a custom home page template and I would like the following "div" to be full width on the page.

I can't seem to make it happen when it's within the "site-inner" Div.

Forgot my css for the div....so when this is outside of the "site-inner" it will go full width.
