Education theme: Eliminating Header box

My site is located at http://www.workathomecrashcourse.com and i just want the image I have placed in the
Home-Top widget area to be at the top of my site. How do I eliminate the header box that is still showing orange or better yet
how do I eliminate the entire header area altogether.

Your help was really valuable Brad, Thank You!
I was able to successfully eliminate the header (see: http://www.workathomecrashcourse.com)
but NOT the navigation area at the top which was also my desire.
I want to have my image be at the very top of the site
with all my navigation features below in the body
It there way to eliminate this top area as well?

If you want your image to sit higher on the page you can also modify the padding on .home-top .wrap
