On the Education Pro demo: http://my.studiopress.com/themes/education/#demo-full

it shows the date up the top right justified, and the Author//Category/Comments on the bottom of the widegt.

On my site which I'm setting up:

    http://imajayne.com.au/

they are all on the same line.

How do I move it so it looks like the demo as they are competing for room?

If you look at your site, there is something off in your code as there is a space/gap on the left. I ran your CSS through a DiffChecker and cannot locate the issue. Have you modified your functions.php or your front-page.php files at all? You might be missing a closing paren ( } ) somewhere.

    Hi, thanks for your reply

    I don't think so - I've only been playing with the style.css.

I'll do a copy and paste through FTP to replace the php files and see if that fixes it.

Ill let you know what happens

Sorry, I just realised I had posted this in the wrong category

I ended up just deleting and reinstalling the theme as I havent done too much customization yet

That white gap you were talking about has gone - even though there is a grey padded area now, which i suspect is because of the dimensions I set in WP-Cycle - I will attend to that shortly.....

But the post information is still not displaying correctly 🙁

    Thank you

It is probably the WP-Cycle causing that problem. Also, please keep in mind that WP-Cycle is not a responsive plugin. You will have issues with it. I would suggest deactivating all of the plugins to see if it resolves.

    Hi Cre8tiveDiva

Yep - it was the obvious! A plugin. Genesis Simple Edits.

Thanks for letting me know too about WP-Cycle.

    RIP Wp-Cycle! 🙁

You're welcome. You can use another slider. Two of my favorites area Soliloquy (free and PRO) and the Meta Slider (free and Pro).
