I have tried for months to figure out why this issue is happening and posting on this forum is literally my last resort. Please help me if you are able to. I am using Education Pro for this website, click here. Once you scroll down from the homepage, the navbar becomes fixed and the width is decreased. Everything looks the way it should in Firefox, Chrome, and I assume others. However, in Safari, once you scroll down the navbar becomes transparent. I have tried putting !important; next to a few different CSS selectors to no avail. Does anyone on here have any ideas or clues as to what could be causing this and what I should do?
    Thank you!

Can you post a screenshot of what you see on your device? And what device is it? Mac or mobile device?

Thank you for your response. It is on a Mac.

The transparent navbar does not happen in other browsers.

On your #custom_nav you have z-index set at 5000 !important. Change that to just 9999 without the !important. Save and clear the cache.

It still doesn't seem to be working. I cleared the cache and opened a private browser in safari. I appreciate your idea. Thank you for the suggestion. This has seriously wrecked my brain.

@pruningtogrow I don't have Safari but I asked in Slack if someone could take a look. Marcy said you have a plugin called Shift Nav installed and active. She said maybe deactivate that to see if resolves it for you. Otherwise, to do a plugin conflict check.
