    Anybody have suggestions? The Editor (under appearance) has disappeared from a site (hosted with Synthesis, too). I've tried changing the files that I want to edit in the editor to permission 664 with no luck. There are no .htaccess files with Synthesis so I see nothing lingering there.

    Since you are the second user who uses Synthesis who has asked this question today, I posed the question elsewhere, and the answer was:

    if they are hosted on Synthesis, they have turned it off

    Thank you! I searched and didn't see a post. I sure hope it's temporary...it's a lot easier to edit within WP and then go to ftp if I HAVE to! Ugh.
