Hi, I've tried to figure out how to remove the meta property code in the head and I cannot.  Its coming from somewhere and I want to remove it but can't seem to find it.

I decided to add the Yoast SEO plugin and know I am seeing duplicate blocks of meta property tags.

I thought enabling the plugin would disable the Genesis SEO, but apparently that code is coming from somewhere else.

Can anyone help me with this.

This is the code I want to remove - that I can't find....its pulling content from the page for the "description" and we want to specify our own description:

    Thanks,

I would just disable the WordPress SEO plugin if you don't want it showing.

Weird, I've had no issue with it disabling Genesis' SEO when Yoast's is installed.  Make sure you're running the latest Genesis and the latest Yoast SEO.

    jdingman,

I updated Genesis to 1.9.2 and Yoast is the most recent. I am still seeing duplicate meta properties......I have no idea where the meta property code is coming from and I've not been able to track it down. I don't know what to do now.....
