WordPress 4.0.1 running Going Green Pro Theme.

In edit mode for a post, the all the accordion dropdowns (little triangles), the visibility and status links are not working in Going Green Pro theme. They are just acting like page anchors and moving the entire page instead of opening the hidden options like it is supposed to.

I disabled all plugins and this didn't correct the issue. I changed the theme to Genesis baseline and they started working again. So, I narrowed down the issue to the Going Green Pro theme. I don't know how to fix something like this though. It seems to me there is some type of jQuery conflict. Or maybe there is a JS file missing. Can someone please help me? Thanks.
