I have a feeling this is something basic, so I apologize in advance. 🙂
The site I am working with has multiple pages...How would I be able to display only posts from certain categories on each page?
ie. I would like posts with the category "News" to be shown on the News page
"Devotionals" to be listed on the Devotionals page
etc.

You category archives will give you that wothout any need to do anything other than link to those archive pages.
All you need to do is create a new category on your Edit Post screen and add the post to it.
Brad, I'm trying to accomplish the same thing. Would you mind explaining a little more, as I don't quite understand. I've created a Testimonials category, created a post and assigned it to the Testimonials category. I have a page called Testimonials. I can't find a way to tie the Testimonials category to the Testimonials page.

I'm going through that site, again, seeing if I missed anything, and reviewing another tutorial.You don't need to create a page named testimonials because the the archive is generated once you create a category in that name.

Your Blog (link in your menu) is an archive of all posts.
None of your posts display categories. You have related posts. But no category "meta."
Do you have any categories created in WordPress Admin > Posts > Categories?
Have you removed post meta from displaying?

The post titled Testimonial is visible at the top. But I don't see "Filed under: Testimonial"If "Filed under: Testimonial" were visible on the post, you would be able to click the category "Testimonial" under the post and you would see the auto-generated Category Archive for all Testimonial posts.

When adding to a Menu (Appearances > menu) you can enable "categories" as menu items. If not visible, go to the top right corner, select Screen Options, then tick the box for Categories.
After that, you will be able to select specific categories to add to your menu. That's one way to "get to the category in a browser."

Go to:
http://demo.dynamiktheme.com/At the bottom of the first post, click on the blue Category #1.
That is Category meta [displayed]. And when you click on the category, it takes you to the automatically-generated category archive.
By contrast, your posts do not have this, which is why I asked if you removed post meta. Not meant as a critique. Just an observation.
