    Does anyone know if this new plugin Genesis is making is adding bloat to the framework? Is all the code needed to function in the plugin or are developers not using it going to have to deal with an extra burden in the framework for this to plugin to work on a few websites.

    Honestly it's a waste of time. WooThemes does this already without paying extra. It's the reason WooThemes isn't as popular with developers. Now Genesis is going toward that too... Average user = Larger customer base

    If you're worried about bloat, take a look at Genesis Extender by Cobalt Apps.

    Extender provides a lot more functionality than WooThemes.
