    I'm feeling like this is a basic question, but can't figure it out. How do I delete "Education" from the top of the page:

    Simply delete the default logo from your images folder.

    This is the CSS that displays the Education logo...

    .header-image #title a {
    background: url(images/logo.png) no-repeat center left;
    }

    You can add...
    display: none;

    So the selector description will be as below:

    .header-image #title a {
    background: url(images/logo.png) no-repeat center left;
    display: none;
    }
