    I can see that these hooks get called from genesis/lib/structures/loop.php. But where in the framework are the actual functions that have been added as actions to the genesis_entry_header, genesis_entry_content, and genesis_entry_footer hooks defined?

    Hi,

    you can find most of them in genesis/lib/structure/post.php
    Child themes might add additional functions/change things around.
