Thanks for the reply. I was wondering why they the stopped being links since I thought that it was part of the default theme design and changed.

Looks normal for Decor (I think). When showing excerpts you get ellipses at the end of the text, but only the post title is a link; when showing content-limit, "Continue Reading" is displayed as a link.

The first item on the page I linked should allow you to change the (non-clickable) ellipses into a clickable link (that might be "Read More" or ". . ." or anything).
