    Hello!

Im not coder and need some help.

I have WooCommerce and Genesis. To create SEO-friendly categories, you want a lot of text on the category page. But this is not so user-friendly on mobile, you have to scroll a bit before you find the products.

I would like to add a text field to the WooCommerce category that I can fill with text and that goes under the products.

Is it possible to do this in a simple way?

Follow the link: under the 8 listed canons, i want an extra field for SEO-frindley text.

    You need 2 things :

    1. A input field for the text
    2. Code to output the text using a Genesis, WooCommerce or WordPress hook.

You can use code or a plugin like ACF to add the input field on your Edit Product Category page and then you'll need code for the output.

Thanks, but I am pretty new on this.

I have made an text field that:

    - shows on product_cat
    - after content

I can see it and fill it with text when editing the product category.

What code do I need for output and where to paste the code.

Have chedked your video but my english is a little too bad to hang on 🙂
