I've had 3 incidents where the css theme settings are wiped and they revert back to default. My web host has no idea why this is happening. To restore the settings we have to restore to a backup, which erases all content since the last backup.
In a related matter, I've exported the css settings when they were customized and displaying properly. But the file after saving appears empty with 530 bytes. My web host says there's nothing in the file to import.
Please offer me any suggestions, fixes you can think of.
