    I have purchased the Genesis framework and have set up a couple of sites for my clients. If the client, with my agreement, chooses not to mention my name in the credit would that be okay - since they didn't purchase the framework directly from Studio Press?

    as far as I know, credits aren't mandatory. If you developped the site for your client and you have the appropiate license at StudioPress, all is well I suppose 🙂
