    Really simple question if someone could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.

    Basically I've created a custom template for one section of my web page and I have created a separate menu so I could have it display when I select that custom template.

    How would I go about making this happen? I'm assuming I use an if statement within the functions.php file somewhere?

    Thanks

    Hmm I am not. I simply would like to get my custom navigation menu working when I go to a page that uses a custom template.

    Is there a simple hook for that or should I use something like...

    if ( is_page_template( 'therapist') ) {
    wp_nav_menu(array('menu' => 'therapist'));
    } else {
    wp_nav_menu(array('theme_location' => 'primary'));
