hi guys, i have website that has the Corporate Child Theme. How can i update it to the latest one? I want my website to be mobile friendly/responsive. Will updating solve this issue? If not what do i have to do?
thanks!

no, the latest version of Corporate won't solve your mobile friendly/responsive problem.
You have to either add media queries to your child theme or switch to one of the newer Pro child themes.
Executive Pro and Enterprise Pro might be good choices. It will be a longer process to write new media queries. It will be faster to switch over to a mobile responsive theme and to transfer your layout.
If you need help with that, you can contact me at http://www.christophherr.com/genesis-customizations/
April 15, 2015 at 4:55 pm #148062moeMemberwhat would be the cost to move everything over to the new theme and will it affect my SEO??
Also are those themes going to be able support proof for HTTP/2?
also, couldnt i just use a plugin??
April 15, 2015 at 5:34 pm #148067ChristophMemberHi,
I can't say what it would cost, since I haven´t seen your website.
A change to a new theme won´t affect your SEO negatively, you will have the added benefit of Schema markup/microdata which will have a positive effect on your SEO.I´m not sure what you mean by "support proof for HTTP/2". Genesis and the child themes are not implementing any of the so called "HTTP/2 bad practices".
There are plugins out there that can help but they are not going to give you the same level of control or the benefits of Genesis:

I would want and need to make a few adjustments to one of the top banners (It is too wordy and redundant) to improve mobile friendly/responsiveness, and I want my new site to be as close to the present site as possible, but I do not know which new Genesis Theme would be best to switch too.
I understand from one reply that Executive Pro and Enterprise Pro might be good choices. Can you enlighten me why you like these two and are there any other good choices.
Yes, I will need someone to make the actual switch for me.

I just received your form submission. Thank you. You will receive an answer shortly.
I didn't see the website of the original poster so all I had to go with was that Executive Pro and Enterprise Pro target a similar audience. There are certainly other good choices available.
You can take a look at studiopress.com/themes.
