Convert Menu to Dropdown on Mobile Screens

I am trying to convert the Nav Menu to a Dropdown when it is viewed on the iPhone screens.  I found a tutorial for help but since it is not Genesis related I am not sure where to put the HTML info. I am using the sample theme and wanted to get this setup first before I went to deep in theming the site.

Any assistance would be great in pointing me to the right location to add the HMTL for the dropdown menu.

The tutor is straight forward, pretty sure you can follow it. Just to let you know, I used the same code for one of my projects and it works perfectly.

Thanks I just ran through this yesterday & worked out great. Not really the look I was going for but I think I can style it to work out.
