I'm not much of a techie but I had Contact Form 7 showing on my website http://4everspain.com/property-news/contact-us/

Then I received a message to update plugin so I clicked update and Contact Form plugin disappeared altogether. Now I get this message when I try to install

Destination folder already exists. /home/articlem/public_html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/

Plugin install failed.

How do I get it to appear again on webslte?

Any help really appreciated

Use an FTP client to delete the current contact-form-7 folder at public_html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/

Then try to reinstall/activate contact form-7
