I do not use Gutenberg Block in WordPress and have Smart Passive Income theme (which I think may have been retired). I'm confused by the reviews I read on Table of Content plugins regarding which will work with what themes and Classic Editor.

Does anyone have a favorable experience with a particular plugin? Thanks for any help.
