I have just updated to Genesis 2.5.1. I'm using modern portfolio theme along with Genesis Sandbox featured Content widget on http://www.blog.ficci.com

I'm noticing that widget content is not getting displayed correctly on the home page after the upgrade. I used one-third previously. Now it is all showing in a single column.

I'm using the latest versions of WordPress.

Seeking help with this issue. Thanks

This same issue is happening to people who upgrade Genesis with the Foodie Pro theme.

    Firebug shows this difference

    before update: before 2.5.1 update

    after update: After 2.5.1 update

I don't know what next. Please help.

Same here. The discussion on the food blogger sites is just starting.

This appears to be an issue with the grid in the featured post widget. That widget was one of the update "fixes". Most food blogs are now broken.Let's get an update fix now...

I believe we have a fix for this. We're just testing to make sure it fixes things and doesn't cause other problems. Expect a 2.5.2 release today to resolve this.

I did just upgrade to 2.5.2. While my sidebars now look good the issue goes back to using the foodie pro widgets on my main content area on the homepage. As soon as the foodie pro featured post widget is added my 'latest post' content disappears. Remove the widget and it comes back.

My Foodie Pro is working as expected now with 2.5.2. On Foodie, the home page can be Latest posts or Widgets but not both. I have a widget in my Home Top Widget area set for the latest 4 posts and then a second widget in Home Middle for more.

That must be a new change as I used to have widgets and my latest blog posts on the same page. Now that I just widgets it seems to be fine now. thanks DrDan for the insight!
