I really hope someone can help.

All of a sudden this code has been added to all of my urls - ?c=b121d766c7b9

I have checked my permalinks and they are fine. I have also tried deactivating all of the plugins but it didn't make any difference.

If I disable js, then the url doesn't change. The ?c=... is showing up in a number of places in your html (not the generated html). It's found here and in a number of no-follow links.

If you deactivate plugins and don't clear cache afterwards, then it will be cached and you won't see what plugin is doing this or what setting you need to change.

Hi Carasmo. Thank you for your reply.

I have deactivated all the plugins (apart from a cache plugin) cleared the cache but still no change. I also tried another cache but no joy.
