I rolled out a WordPress site a couple of months ago, and found out that no one at the client's company can view it. It's just a basic error. I have run it through multiple tests and IE, FF, and Chrome on different machines of mine and I can see it. Browsershots can see it, so can emulators.

The client has their own mail server and I'm suspecting that some of their internal IP or DNS records may be causing the error. We changed the site from domain.com to http://www.domain.com because that had been their previous URL and now one office can see it.

Any ideas of how to troubleshoot?

It doesn't have anything to do with their mail server. If they have an IT person there, they should check the settings of their network to see if the site is somehow blocked or has been blacklisted. Before Facebook became popular and businesses hadn't wrapped their minds around it, most larger one such as hospitals, colleges, etc., had their IT people block the websites. The other thing to note is that they should also contact their internet service provider to see if it is blacklisted on their end.
