    How can I add a click to call on eleven40 Pro theme?
    I want a mobile caller to be able to tap the phone number or tap "Call Us" preferably as part of the nav menu.

    Are you wanting this "Call Us" text or image to function on the mobile version as a link that automatically gives the user a prompt to call, or just an image/link that leads to another section of the website?

    Try using tel:

    Yoast SEO does this which works well for most devices and gives a bit of seo as well
