Is there any way to change how the Featured Page displays on the home page of a theme (such as Associate Pro) rather than just the simple text with no breaks, no bold text, etc. My client wants a couple line breaks and bold text but I'm mot sure if it's possible. Thanks.

Link to a live theme demo or a live site please.

The HTML tags maybe stripped out.

HTML tags are stripped out. https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/the_content/
    You can :

    1. rewrite the code and modify the function which strips the tags

    Or

    2. filter the function which strips the tags
