I only have a handful of posts that now I realize pages would have worked better for me. My current posts are also running on Google Adwords and I want to be careful not to change any URLs. Here is example of a post's URL:

    https://microsprayinternational.com/fuel-cells-coating/

How do I convert to a page while preserving the URL?

My posts are also listed for the same content as: https://microsprayinternational.com/category/fuel-cells/

One of the reasons I want to convert to pages is so I don't have duplicate content.

There are a couple plugins, Convert Post Types and Post Type Switcher, that I've successfully used in the past.

I did have to make use of some redirects since my posts at the time had dates in them and the pages I converted them to didn't, but it sounds like you might not have that problem, save for maybe needing to redirect that category to the new page.
