Change "Leave a comment" text

I want to change the "Leave a comment" and "X comments" texts.

I really don't know how to do it, I assume that I need a piece of coding in Function.php.
I change the word "By" with "De" by introducing the following code in the Functions.Php

PS: the articles on the home page are on some widgets from the Blognews theme. It is possible that modifying the functions.php will not modify the articles appearance on this page, So, I would need, somehow, to modify the aspects of these article in some way.
