    Hello,

    Is the site live? Do you happen to have a link?

    Hello,

    If you don't already have a media query within your style.css, you can add this one to the end of your style.css file.

    @media only screen and (max-width: 1023px) {
    /* add your css here */
    }

    Just make sure this is at the bottom of your style.css file.
