Centering top menu in Agency theme

I have a designer friend who always wants that, so I burn a little time on each of our projects doing it. 🙂 Believe it or not, that's an advanced CSS topic. Here are some ideas. I weighed in with a comment about how to make all this work with dropdowns, which is even trickier.
