On my wife's site I am running the Lifestyle theme http://www.realfoodrealkids.com. I am wondering how can I have a category page like the page link below show only post title preferably in an alphabetical list. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What's the code that you have added? Paste it in http://www.pastebin.com and share the URL.
