    I want to create a page that shows all Category images in a Grid Template.

    This link appears to be exactly what I need, but there is a fee to see the content.

    Category images Grid Template in Genesis

    Are there any existing Genesis scripts or plugins that do this?

    That's actually good deal, otherwise you'd need to assign images to a taxonomy, there's a plugin for that part:

    Taxonomy Images

    Learn how to get the image part

    Get the category information:

    get_the_category()

    Write CSS, write php, test, etc.,

    Large amount of work...
