Category Blog Page – How to add Text / Content

I created a category blog page like described here http://my.studiopress.com/tutorials/category-blog-page/
Questions is, how can I add some more Content to this Page before the Loop with all the Posts starts?

I want to write something like "Welcome to Category xxxx. Below you'll find all Posts for Category xxx and so on ...."

WordPress actually has support for category archives built in (the tutorial you used is super old but still works fine). If you use the default category archives, you can go to Posts > Categories and edit each category to give it an archive title and/or description that displays before that category's post loop.

You need to learn a little CGI (server-side scripting)...you can link a form to anywhere you want...including another site.

problem is, I don't want to use the wordpress categories because that would change the link of the posts (I'm including the categories). So no other solution for the manually created pages?

You could add a widget area before the content only on those pages. Here's a tutorial for adding a widget area to a page: https://www.nutsandboltsmedia.com/how-to-add-a-widget-area-to-a-page-using-genesis/

You'll want to change the conditional to use an array since you need the widget area to display on multiple pages. You'll also want to change the hook as mentioned in the post since you want the widget area to display at the top of the page and not the bottom. HTH!
