I've had a client just put a couple of new iThemes Carousels (https://ithemes.com/purchase/carousel/) on her new site. The problem is that they are not displaying correctly; they are each supposed to be 300x300, displaying one ad image at a time (I've attached a screen shot of the settings). On the page http://de-vendors.com/business/arts-crafts-gifts-kent-county-de/ you can see that they are displaying two images at a time at a much smaller size. On her original site, using those same settings, they display correctly, as can be seen at the bottom of the page on http://www.pa-vendors.com/ .

Apparently javascript is forcing the resize, but I don't know why.

I have tried disabling all other plugins to rule out a plugin conflict.

The only thing different between pa-vendors.com (where carousel works as it should, and http://de-vendors.com/business/arts-crafts-gifts-kent-county-de/ (where it doesn't work) is that PA is using the Going Green child theme and DE is using the Going Green Pro theme.

Any ideas? Over a month since I asked for help on ithemes forum.

It is partway resolved, but I'm still having trouble with javascript forcing different sizes than what are set in the plugin controls. I'll mark this as resolved, and try to figure out how to better word the problem as it stands now. Thanks Susan!
