    I'm trying to get Focus child theme to work just like the demo, i.e. featured post (i.e. latest post, not sticky) at top in full content width across to right sidebar (using one sidebar template), then previous post excerpts (teasers) underneath in two columns.

    All I'm getting on the home page is a previous post and have to know that there is any other post.

    I tried doing static home page setup but could not see in the widget display any way to effect the demo type layout of the home page.

    What am I missing please? Not asking for anything fancy, just to make it work like the deme.

    I think I have sorted this, or it's sorted itself. I had a post that was not showing: I thought it was published but it was stuck on "Scheduled".
