I must have created an account a long time ago, but I never bought a theme that I can remember.
Now I want to buy a theme but the check out form says I have an account. I can't get a new password because the email confirmation just sends me to the same form that sends me another email confirmation, in circles.
I dont get answers to my queries maybe because I never bought a product. I'm certain I didn't ever actually buy anything.
Now I want to buy and I can't! Even using a different email address, it recognizes my name and demands that I log in, which I can't do because I dont know the password, and cant reset the password because it just sends me in a loop.
Anyone have any idea what I can do?
