I tried to add a script to my functions.php file and now I can't even get into my dashboard. My site is all "white" too. Is there a remedy?

    Thanks!

Use FTP and copy the original functions file over to your child theme.

I'm trying to remember how to do that. It seems like I did it before. Can you give me a brief walk through?

You can use an FTP Program like Filezilla or go to you hosting account's File Manager. Browse to your child theme folder on yourhosting account and upload the functions.php file from your desktop. Overwrite what's there.

It looks like I can restore the functions.php file directly in my cPanel. Recommend?

Sorry I had stepped away and then shut down for the night. I see you resolved your issue. I will close this now.
