    Hi all...

Regarding this site I'm building.... http://www.i-tsgcloud.com/home/

I'm puzzled with how I cannot get the header image to resolve cleanly?

I'm working with .png, .jpg, some .tiff and even some .gif source files, all of which open cleanly.

As soon as I copy them into an Illustrator document to fit the header window and upload, the header pixilates as seen on the website page. Looks like crud!

The page is presently displaying a .gif image in the header. I have built the header with a .png and a .jpg image too, and regardless, they all present like you see on the site page when uploaded.

    Any ideas for me?

    Thanks,

    Bill

    Hi Bill,

I tried to understand what you want to do, but could not. Can you let us know more details please?

    Thanks.

    Hi there...

When I look at the site, all the printing and photos are clear, but, to my eyes, the two circular logos and the text in the header are a bit blurry.

They are a bit blurry (to my old eyes.)

    I'd take this file...

... back to the person who did the graphics for you, and ask them to look into it. It's not a Genesis or WP issue that I can see. You might get a better result from a .jpg or a .png as opposed to a .gif... but in our company I'm not the graphic guru, my partner is (she owns http://www.bookwrights.com and is an award-winning, world-class book designer.)

Thanks Dev. I'll give the graphic artist a piece of my mind... no one will notice, as I'm always talking to myself anyhow. 🙂
