Hello. I've used the Essence Pro theme for several years. I haven't made any customizations since installing, but need to now. When I click on Customize, Design or Header tabs, they are blank. Nothing loads. I have no idea how long it's been like that since haven't tried doing any changes there for couple years. I need to change my header image and have no idea how to access it now since this isn't working. Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
