Can't Change Theme

Genesis Version: 2.1.2
Theme Lifestyle Version 1.0 (modified)

If I go to: Appearance > Themes I only see one theme "Lifestyle Child Theme". I have about 5 other themes installed but none of them show up. My only options are "Customize", "Widgets" and "Menu" which all work. It's been several years since I have needed to change the theme so I'm not sure how long it's been like this.

Help...

Have you tried uploading fresh versions of the other themes? You can find the files in your StudioPress downloads area.

Yes I can upload themes all day long but they don't appear in my WP Admin panel. I know they are uploaded because I can see them through FTP. I deactivated every plugin so I'm assuming the problem lies with in Genesis.

This is what I see under "Appearance" which is different than my other 100+ WP sites. You can see the theme extends the width of my dashboard and none of the other themes appear. There is no option to change the theme and the Genesis Framework theme doesn't even appear.

Hi redgsr. This is a very unusual issue and one that I think will be next to impossible to solve without being able to see the back end of your site. Would you be open to paying a developer to look at your site?

Having a very hard time finding someone else with this issue, any other ideas?
