I'm trying to investigate this issue from both sides. WP and Genesis.

When I try to insert a link into a post I don't get a pop-up at all. I can enter a link when I'm in text view but not visual. I've already deactivated all plug ins but WP people are asking if it's a possible issue with the Genesis side of things.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi,

I think it is unlikely that it is Genesis related.
The link modal works on all my sites and the forum is not flooded with similar reports.

For a technical question like this, you should contact the official Studiopress support at my.studiopress.com/help

Did you try activating one of the WordPress default themes instead?
