    Hi, I'm a new user
    I just installed the child theme named metro pro on my site. I'm facing difficulty in customization. My question is can we display a single post on the homepage. I want to create a unique homepage from Gutenberg and set that post as a homepage. But I don't know how to do it. Kindly tell me the process or recommend me any tutorials?

    No. You cannot make a post a homepage. You have to make a Page to make it a homepage...

    If you want your posts to show up on the home page and WordPress isn't already doing this for you, here's how you do it. In the WordPress admin, go to Settings > Reading. Find the section called Your homepage displays and select the Your latest posts option. Click the Save Changes button and go back to your home page.
