    Since the last WordPress update, I can no longer access the any customizations in the Beautiful Pro Theme.

    I tried to update the header image and can no longer get into any customizations at all.

    Please help ASAP, my membership site is going live in the next few days.

    vlramirez,

    WordPress moved away from the header image uploader in a recent path. They instead have you upload the header and background images through the Admin > Appearance > Customize menu.

    Are you able to access that menu?

    Yes, that's exactly where I was, Admin > Appearance > Customize. There is nothing there, the screen is blank, along with Admin > Appearance > Header and Admin > Appearance > Background. All three pages are completely blank.

    If you disable the StudioPress theme, does the issue go away? If it does not, try toggling plugins.
