    Hi, I just purchased the Streamline theme but I want to be able to use the Generate optin box at the top with the Streamline theme. Is this possible? I did see a PSD file download of that Generate box but I'd like to implement it just like it shows in the Generate theme and not as a big image (for SEO purposes).

    Is there a plugin and/or instructions to add the Generate box to Streamline?
