Tagged: button, writing prompt
I'm looking to offer a writing prompt feature to one of my websites. I've sifted through several Quote widgets but they basically rotate through text strings (e.g. my writing prompt) on a time-based frequency.
This is pretty good, but I'd prefer to offer the user the ability to press a button I. order to immediately get a new prompt.
Anyone have a suggestion on how to accomplish this?
Within in minutes of my post I solved the problem (isn't that how it often happens?!) - using the "Quotes and Tips" plugin, I simply moved the shortcake to its own page (as opposed to a widget in the sidebar) and used the Button block to effectively reload the page. The plugin allows for a new quote to be presented upon page load (I was previously using the time-based option).
At any rate, I hope someone stumbles upon this is the future and finds it helpful as I had no luck in searching for an answer to this.
Certainly! If you want to create a button that, when clicked, displays a random text string, you can achieve this using 공인?‘개사 자격증 a combination of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
