Working on a Magazine Pro site. Cannot switch from right-sidebar layout to full-width layout -- the full-width layout icon is selected when I edit the page and re-publish, but nothing changes on the page when I view it....it's still right-sidebar layout.
I can successfully change layouts on other pages - - it's just the static home page that seems determined to remain a right-sidebar page.
This is a new site, so no php files have been edited or anything along those lines -- it's still very much the out-of-the-box install.
I've used the full-width layout feature with no problem on several Genesis Executive Pro sites that use a full-width layout (so no sidebar) on a static home page.
Mystified as to what's up.
The front page of Magazine Pro is set to display content sidebar. To change this follow this tutorial by Brad Dalton http://wpsites.net/web-design/create-full-width-home-page-in-any-studiopress-theme/
