    I have enabled DEBUG and found this error. Any fix for it.

    Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/theme/wp-content/themes/genesis/lib/classes/breadcrumb.php on line 559

    This post on Stack Overflow has some more information that might be of interest to you. Basically, the & before get_term shouldn't be there. It's not something you particularly need to be worried about (it shouldn't break anything on a production site), but I'll file an issue with the Genesis core team to get it cleaned up.
