    I just changed themes on our small church website - from executive pro to breakthrough pro and am working on remodeling the site. But - it's been a long time since I worked in wordpress and a lot has changed while I was gone!!! I'm stumped right now re: the blog page - I would really like this page to display in some sort of consistent format - the breakthrough pro example has a picture, some text, and read more. I could make this work....but I can't figure out how to just display a bit of text and then Read More for each of my posts. Right now the page is a mess in the change from one theme to the other. Any thoughts on how I can get started cleaning it up and making it similar to the studio press example? I'd like the display to be consistent - not one post longer excerpt than another, but rather a nice clean grid of some sort. Or - I'd be just as happy if the blog post page simply displayed each post in chronological order, one after another running down the page. (in either case it would be nice to have a sidebar too)

    Hi,

    To set a content limit via the Customizer ("Customize" in top menu bar when logged into WP Admin and viewing site front end or via WP Admin "Appearance"=>"Customize")...
    Navigate to "Theme Settings"=>"Content Archives"
    Set to "Entry Content" and enter value to "Limit content..."
    Publish

    Selecting an appropriate featured image size should also help.

    Happy WordPressing...
